Santa Rosa Shambhala provides these weekly offerings free to the public. No prior meditation experience is required to attend. These programs offer (free) meditation instruction upon request, and offer a great entry point for newcomers and are also suitable for meditation students at all levels of experience. Our weekly offerings provide a friendly introduction to meditation practice, Shambhala Buddhist teachings, and our community.
