Mindful Relationships – Online video talks & discussion

    PLEASE NOTE: This class was originally scheduled for October 18.  It has been moved to the following week, October 25.

    We will be watching video presentations that help us explore how to bring mindfulness to our experience of intimate relationships.

    The evening will begin with a 30-minute meditation (free instruction offered at 7:00 pm), followed by the talk and discussion.

    Each of the presentations are given by mental health professionals and/or mindfulness teachers.  In order to help us bring these teachings to life in our own lives, we will end the evening with an open group discussion, facilitated by Malcolm Miller. Malcolm, now retired, has worked with couples for over 35 years and has had a mindfulness practice for 15 years.

     


    Although there is no charge to attend, donations are always deeply appreciated, and help us to continue to be able to offer these programs to our community.
